*The initial weight of the bread fresh out of the oven is approximately 845 grams or more. As time passes, some of the moisture within the bread naturally evaporates, causing a slight decrease in weight, which is characteristic of breads like our high hydration sourdough.

If your house is anything like our house, you’ll probably devour the first loaf the same day we deliver so we STRONGLY recommend you get two at least.

After two days, simply slice up the remaining bread, put it in a ziplock bag, and freeze. Or leave it in the refrigerator. Either way they toast up great!
