what a fun night. Learned alot about different foods/oils that I'm going to try at home. Yummy food. Kaylin was great. she knows her stuff. Would recommend to anyone. Husband really enjoyed it too. thank you. P.S. sour dough was/is the best. Brought a loaf home.

I attended this cooking class with a couple friends as a Holiday Girls Night Out and it was AMAZING! I have a gluten allergy and was SO delighted that the entire class (and other classes) are structured around a gluten free menu with vegan options as well! I learned SO much and was able to take the menu home and recreate it for my family. This class was well worth the money spent, a super fun time with so many great tips & tricks learned and has really inspired me to be more label conscious and follow a cleaner eating diet! Looking forward to attending more classes and learning how to cook more menus from around the globe!

6 stars on all fronts!!!! Such useful information, helpful tips on how to eat healthier, and how to cook in general. The meals are unlike anything I have ever tasted and WONDERFUL. Will be definitely doing it again. Thank you thank you for making this a fun date night for us!

Kalyn truly has a unique gift of being able to express love through food. Her passion and knowledge for health is unparalleled and it shows through in the expression of her delicious creations. It's truly obvious how much Kalyn loves and hones her craft. It was a rare treat to be so taken care of by her from start to finish with ALL of our meals and drinks. She put so much thought and dedication to planning and creating a menu which could support and heal us through food. She truly embodies the great truth that food IS life and that it can be both delicious and healing and attainable to us all. I highly recommend taking an opportunity to be nurtured by Kalyn and the food she creates.
