The Evening in Thailand cooking class was awesome. Kalyn was very informative about the ingredients we were using and why she chose to use them. We learned a lot, had fun and the food was amazing! We will definitely attend another one of her cooking classes in the future.

CLASS: SALMON & PUMPKIN SAGE GNOCCHI on Fri 11/22

As with all of the classes I’ve attended with Chef Kaylin, the teaching was detailed, yet relatable to everyday cooking. I get to meet new people and share experiences with them, eat some REALLY good food, and take home the easy-to-follow step-by-step recipes. Since starting these classes and trying to eat a cleaner, healthier general diet, I’ve lost weight, I feel healthier and my labs have all improved!

CLASS: CLEAN CHINESE CUISINE on Sat 05/11

This cooking class was everything I had hoped for PLUS more! Chef Kaylyn is organized and well educated. We cooked a healthy delicious meal and learned some kitchen skills. All the other participants were nice too. It was a fun class! I’ve already signed up for another. The meal includes gluten free ingredients. Start the year right by learning how to eat healthy and get valuable cooking hints too! Win Win!

It was a fun filled evening. Learned a lot about food and preparation shortcuts. The food was fantastic! The people were too. I would suggest this class to friends and neighbors for sure. Experience it - it is worth it! The bread is amazing and the hummus the best!

What a great way to spend a Friday night! This was the first time trying a cooking class and it was run so well, and it was so much fun cooking with strangers, who were not strangers by the end if the night. I highly recommend giving this a shot. I'm doing another class next month and a cleanse as well. 5 stars++

This class was so amazing. Kayelyn is very sweet, knowledgeable and very compassionate about you having fun while learning about nutrition. My daughter and I cooked the whole meal the next day and it was so delicious. Im going to take another class with my boys.

I took Kalyn's Thai Cooking Class and had an awesome evening with friends and made new ones! The menu was varied and authentic and Kalyn gives great tips on healthy alternatives to use in class and at home. Everyone worked together to produce a tasty meal which we all sat down and shared at the end. She did a great job keeping everyone busy, constantly checking our progress and helping us along the way. It was great fun. I'll definitely do it again!
