We had a family night 8 of us total and it was so much fun. Kalyn was a pleasure to have leading us on our culinary journey!! The food was fun to cook and delicious. Learned a few great cooking skills and ideas. We will do it again. Had a slight allergy issue other than that a great night!

CLASS: CLEAN CHINESE CUISINE on Sat 09/28

I took Kalyn's Thai Cooking Class and had an awesome evening with friends and made new ones! The menu was varied and authentic and Kalyn gives great tips on healthy alternatives to use in class and at home. Everyone worked together to produce a tasty meal which we all sat down and shared at the end. She did a great job keeping everyone busy, constantly checking our progress and helping us along the way. It was great fun. I'll definitely do it again!

Kalyn’s Indian cooking class was excellent; all the foods very tasty. I especially liked that the classes were gluten-free, sugar free, and dairy free. Her micro greens are also delicious. Kalyn is very knowledgeable; I would highly recommend her cooking classes.

All three generations of our family and a few friends had a wonderful time cooking, laughing and having an amazing meal together. Kalyn is not only organized and a great instructor she has in-depth knowledge on nutrition and preparing very healthy and delicious food.

Informative, fun and delicious! I don’t particularly enjoy cooking, but I do love food so it’s enjoyable to be in a kitchen sharing the experience with friends. I ate a delicious meal and learned how to prep and prepare food I normally would never try myself. Bonus: I didn’t have to clean up!

This class was so amazing. Kayelyn is very sweet, knowledgeable and very compassionate about you having fun while learning about nutrition. My daughter and I cooked the whole meal the next day and it was so delicious. Im going to take another class with my boys.

The Evening in Thailand cooking class was awesome. Kalyn was very informative about the ingredients we were using and why she chose to use them. We learned a lot, had fun and the food was amazing! We will definitely attend another one of her cooking classes in the future.
