This camp was great! My son was reluctant to attend a cooking class, and he absolutely loved it! Now, he is asking to recreate some of the recipes at home and is inspired to start applying his skills.

KIDS CAMP 2026: Week 4 – June 15th-June 18th – Ages 8-11 – 2pm-5pm
The class included instruction on some basic cooking skills and a lot of knowledge about ingredients and health. The food was a great introduction on healthy substitutions and the class was full of people who were there to enjoy the experience.

CLASS: VIVID ITALIAN: BRIGHT FLAVORS AND FRESH INGREDIENTS on Thu 01/30
Great class, excellent instruction, recipes and culinary information. The group was great fun, interesting and the meal we ate together at the end, allowed each group to report on the details of preparation. A great experience. The bread and hummus were incredible, the gnocchi's delicious, the salad superb and all those superlatives were deserved. AND, who knew that our host's banana ice cream can be eaten any day, any time? But it was special with the poached stuffed pears and date sauce?

Enjoyed the meal and tips for preparation. Did not get to see what the others were preparing as well for this class but did pick up various tips and procedures beyond the recipe notes. Liked the variety of dishes that were prepared and the different tastes and textures of the dishes.

Kalyn was awesome and the recipes delicious. Not a salmon fan but was very good. The roasted beet and brussel sprout salad was also very good. The gnocchi was fantastic as well as the pear dessert with the banana ‘nice’ cream. Fun evening.

what a fun night. Learned alot about different foods/oils that I'm going to try at home. Yummy food. Kaylin was great. she knows her stuff. Would recommend to anyone. Husband really enjoyed it too. thank you. P.S. sour dough was/is the best. Brought a loaf home.

PRIVATE CLASS: AN EVENING IN MEXICO on Fri 10/20
Very good - highly recommend. Not only were various regional recipes provided, but extensive insights given on ingredient choices and their benefits. Also, helpful techniques on handling and usage of ingredients was offered. There is a vegetarian emphasis on all recipes, but they were so good meat was never missed nor necessary. Oh yes, the fresh baked bread and almond hummus that greeted us was outstanding.
