This was a good cooking class. StTed working independently and brought everything together as a team to make good sushi. The instructors were helpful . I would recommend this class.

It was a fun filled evening. Learned a lot about food and preparation shortcuts. The food was fantastic! The people were too. I would suggest this class to friends and neighbors for sure. Experience it - it is worth it! The bread is amazing and the hummus the best!

This class was so amazing. Kayelyn is very sweet, knowledgeable and very compassionate about you having fun while learning about nutrition. My daughter and I cooked the whole meal the next day and it was so delicious. Im going to take another class with my boys.

My husband and I took this class for a date night and we weren't disappointed!! Chef Kalyn was very well prepared, explained the procedures, and provided demonstrations about prepping the food. Her knowledge regarding nutritional information was amazing. The class was very organized, the food was delicious, and the group of participants worked well together. We plan to do another class in the future!! Keep up the good work Kalyn. A special thanks to the gentleman who was washing all our dishes!!

CLASS: AN EVENING IN THAILAND on 11/11/2022

We had a great time at our cooking class and enjoyed the variety of the recipes we tasted that evening. The Cafe Sol dining room was set up nicely and we enjoyed the company of the people we met that night. The kitchen at Cafe Sol was a bit tight on space for 12 people and the kitchen knives and utensils were old and outdated. We would have enjoyed the class more with a smaller group and better cooking equipment. Our instructor was delightful and shared great tips with the group about nutrition, cooking techniques and recipes. Love the class concept and hope to connect with the instructor again in the future.

CLASS: FLAVORS OF THE MEDITERRANEAN SUMMER on Fri 08/25

This class was not only informative, but very fun! The hands-on instruction allowed us to be involved in every aspect of the meal. The end result was delicious and the presentation was beautiful! The flavors just popped and you’d never miss the meat. I’m very indebted Kalyn to treat myself better, and I know now I do not have to sacrifice flavor! I plan on going to more classes! The microgreens were new to me and I loved them, as well as her husband’s sourdough bread!
