I am loving these classes! I’ve always thought of myself as a good cook, but I still gage so much to learn, and Kaylin has so much to teach! The food, the techniques, and the new friendships with people who have common goals and tastes make the classes so worth the money and time.

My 8 year old daughter attended this class earlier this week and had an absolute blast. She came home with a variety of treats made during the class and she proudly told us about the role she played in the prepping/baking of each item. I'd highly recommend and we will be attending more classes in the future!

Absolutely delicious! It was so much fun to work with new people and recipes to discover a plant based take on Mediterranean food! Always love a good Medical medium friendly food class!

Kalyn truly has a unique gift of being able to express love through food. Her passion and knowledge for health is unparalleled and it shows through in the expression of her delicious creations. It's truly obvious how much Kalyn loves and hones her craft. It was a rare treat to be so taken care of by her from start to finish with ALL of our meals and drinks. She put so much thought and dedication to planning and creating a menu which could support and heal us through food. She truly embodies the great truth that food IS life and that it can be both delicious and healing and attainable to us all. I highly recommend taking an opportunity to be nurtured by Kalyn and the food she creates.

Kaylin makes it so easy to be enthusiastic about eating healthy and clean. I’m not exaggerating when I say she’s helped me transform my life. Every time I go, I learn something new and useful for my life, and I consistently feel better. I’m slowly but surely transitioning my kitchen to a healthier version! The classes are worth the money! You get to cook with new methods, socialize with a lot of like-minded people, and eat to your hearts content!
