CLASS: FRESH & FLAVORSOME – RAW CUISINE CLASS on Thu 07/27

Great class, excellent instruction, recipes and culinary information. The group was great fun, interesting and the meal we ate together at the end, allowed each group to report on the details of preparation. A great experience. The bread and hummus were incredible, the gnocchi's delicious, the salad superb and all those superlatives were deserved. AND, who knew that our host's banana ice cream can be eaten any day, any time? But it was special with the poached stuffed pears and date sauce?

Very fun and informative class. Chef Kalyn gave clear and concise instructions on techniques and tips to make meal prep easy and smooth sailing. The food was delicious. Try a class, you won’t be disappointed.

CLASS: AN EVENING IN THAILAND on Thu 07/11

What a great way to spend a Friday night! This was the first time trying a cooking class and it was run so well, and it was so much fun cooking with strangers, who were not strangers by the end if the night. I highly recommend giving this a shot. I'm doing another class next month and a cleanse as well. 5 stars++

CLASS: FLAVORS OF THE MEDITERRANEAN on Fri 04/19

I very much enjoyed the class especially many "tips" you gave us. Your positive energy is wonderful' I've decided, however, that Indian food isn't one of my "faves"! There's something about the spices which just aren't to my taste. ...certainly not your fault! Maybe it's the cardamom. I've already mentioned your classes to friends. The bread is wonderful...I learned that my daughter, has purchased some from you...she loved it!

PRIVATE CLASS: INDIAN FOOD on 04/20/23

My husband and I took this class for a date night and we weren't disappointed!! Chef Kalyn was very well prepared, explained the procedures, and provided demonstrations about prepping the food. Her knowledge regarding nutritional information was amazing. The class was very organized, the food was delicious, and the group of participants worked well together. We plan to do another class in the future!! Keep up the good work Kalyn. A special thanks to the gentleman who was washing all our dishes!!
