If you’ve always wanted to take a cooking class, Kalyn and Blooming Palate is the one to take it with! She is knowledgeable, personable, and chill! The food is fresh and all the dishes great! Everyone had fun chatting while we cooked and ate! I will definitely do it again!

CLASS: AN EVENING IN THAILAND on Thu 08/31

Enjoyed the meal and tips for preparation. Did not get to see what the others were preparing as well for this class but did pick up various tips and procedures beyond the recipe notes. Liked the variety of dishes that were prepared and the different tastes and textures of the dishes.

CLASS: FLAVORS OF THE MEDITERRANEAN on Fri 02/20

My spouse and I had a super fun evening cooking with Kalyn and the small group of participants. The food was absolutely delicious and we had so much fun making it in a group with Kalyn's coaching. When we sat down to dine together it was like being with the group of friends that cooked together. It was really a lovely evening.
