  • We had a family night 8 of us total and it was so much fun. Kalyn was a pleasure to have leading us on our culinary journey!! The food was fun to cook and delicious. Learned a few great cooking skills and ideas. We will do it again. Had a slight allergy issue other than that a great night!

CLASS: SALMON & PUMPKIN SAGE GNOCCHI on Thu 01/09

  • This class was not only informative, but very fun! The hands-on instruction allowed us to be involved in every aspect of the meal. The end result was delicious and the presentation was beautiful! The flavors just popped and you’d never miss the meat. I’m very indebted Kalyn to treat myself better, and I know now I do not have to sacrifice flavor! I plan on going to more classes! The microgreens were new to me and I loved them, as well as her husband’s sourdough bread!

CLASS: FRENCH BISTRO NIGHT on Sat 12/20

  • Did I enjoy my Cooking Class? I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it….from preparation to dessert. The added touch of your Organic Sourdough Bread was special and delicious. It was a great way to introduce ourselves to one another. Really learned a lot about slicing veggies, too. I slice and dice all of the time but I now know better ways to do so. The recipes were so much fun. Working together gave me a sense of relief after reading the recipes and wondering “How am I going to manage all of this cooking?” Our Grandson is a Vegan so I am excited to share recipes with him. Finally, everything came together and we sat down, strangers who became “Chef Friends” for the evening. Thank you for providing these classes for our Community. Please thank your neighbor, Cafe Sole owner for providing us with a great place to cook and enjoy our dishes. Love Cafe Sol and their delicious offerings. See you again, hopefully soon.
