  • Kalyn was amazing! The class taught me valuable cooking skills, but more importantly, I had a blast. The food was delicious, simple yet complex, with healthy and clean ingredients! I just cannot rave enough about how fun it was. She also sells (and delivers) the best sour dough! No wonder the classes sell out so fast!!

  • This camp was great! My son was reluctant to attend a cooking class, and he absolutely loved it! Now, he is asking to recreate some of the recipes at home and is inspired to start applying his skills.

  • had a lot of fun and a delicious meal.Kalyn had so much patience with us as we pulled her in so many directions. it all came together beautifully. I'll probably do it again.

    CLASS: SALMON & PUMPKIN SAGE GNOCCHI on Thu 11/09

  • It was a lot of fun! The food was tasty, and Kalyn clearly knows what she's talking about. The class we took was appropriate for all skill levels. We divided into groups of two, and Kalyn walked from group to group helping us follow the recipes, and giving us suggestions to make our dishes even better. She is a very astute presence and ideal for leading this type of class. I really had fun.
