I have spent years trying to find a good true sourdough. NC is a barren wasteland for good bread. FINALLY!!!! YES YES YES. Was delivered today and had to open it immediately and give it a try. I was/am ecstatic, this is the real deal, nice tangy it's everything I hope for. Thank You so very much!

I scoured the web looking for some genuine tasty real sourdough bread-I ordered and struck out 5 times until I discovered Blooming Palate. What a great loaf-finally. Fresh, moist just enough, lots of holes but not too many. Pretty perfect overall!

Great taste! Fantastic value! If you are gluten intolerant, this bread is worth a try. The process of making real sour dough bread makes it easier to digest. I have been gluten free for a more than a decade - so this is a dream!

Far superior to any sourdough that I have found in town. I, too have digestive issues and can only eat fermented bread. So glad I found this bread. PS the dog loves it, too.

You’re not going to taste better bread than this in Grand Junction and realistically maybe not outside it. We ordered one loaf to try and now subscribe. They’re hot and crispy but also so soft inside. You’re going to try it and write the same review. Unless they somehow start changing how they make it which I doubt. Great job people and glad you’re so close.

This is the best sourdough bread in the valley. So flavorful and soft. Others we have had a very good but this one is the best. Customer service is great too. We are officially addicted!

This bread in Grand Junction, Colorado, is a real value. it's very fresh, dense, and chewy, with a crust that's not overdone. I appreciate that it can be ordered sliced and that they deliver it if I only buy two loaves, at no charge. This is much better than the supermarket sourdough bread from the Front Range.

BEST SOURDOUGH (and I'v tried a lot of different sourdough). Absolutely delish mircrogreens! It feels good knowing it's local and so good for you, too! I love my subscription so I don't have to even think about it. my favorites and the sourdough, sunflower microgreens, and salad microgreens. the owner is super nice too!

Signed up for every other week subscription and will need to change to once a week because this will be our bread of choice for everyone in the house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this bread. It is so good, healthy, and they deliver! Plus it supports local small business.

This bread is absolute heaven. A friend gave me a couple of loaves and after eating them, I had to subscribe myself. Not only do they taste fabulous, but my ever-sensitive stomach appreciates the limited ingredients.

Great bread. I have been making French toast with it - AMAZING! It is really good however you eat it, but I particularly love it toasted. Plus its pure organic ingredients, which is important to me. Highly recommend!

Grew up eating authentic San Francisco sour dough and have been looking for that taste and quality around here for ages. I’ve had to Look no further! Fantastic bread and the micro greens are exceptional as well. Free delivery makes it a no brainer. Can’t find this quality and service in any local store.

I used to make my own sourdough bread, but it is an art to get your starter to rise and to make good bread, so I gave it up. But I missed the taste of homemade sourdough bread. I am SO grateful to have found Blooming Palate as their bread is incredibly delicious! They are huge loaves and Taylor and Kalyn are really nice folks. I highly recommend their bread. It’s the best when it’s toasted!!

This bread has super flavor, not too sourdough-y but definitely has all the traits of good sourdough; chewy crust, tender middle with the sourdough bubble holes. Toasted and buttered or just breaking off a chunk, it's out of this world. We had it first night with soup and got raves from everyone at the table. Try this bread, you'll be sold like I am!

My family loves sourdough bread and it was the consensus that this is the best we have had! I just found this online and decided to try it out, and we are all so glad that I did! We ran and got deli meat, cheese and a vinaigrette drizzle to make sandwiches when we got home. Then after toasting we added Blooming Palate's amazing microgreens and it was all delicious! I highly recommend this bread... I've already told friends about it!
