We make BIG loaves

Each loaf is approximately 845 grams coming out of the oven.

Next time you are at a grocery store check out how many grams their loaves are on sourdough (often not even organic!).

You will not be disappointed with the size of our bread. 845 grams of awesomeness is a lot of joy for your mouth!

Are you worried that there might be too much bread? Follow this simple schedule (adjust for your own tastes) to get the most of each loaf: 2-3 days after purchase, start lightly toasting each slice. By day 4-5 slice the remainder of the loaf and freeze it in a gallon zip lock bag. Each day you can take a slice and toast it back to life.

It’s a great reason to buy two or more. Save money with more loaves. Freeze and toast what you can’t eat in the first 4 or 5 days.

We make our Sourdough Bread with ORGANIC ingredients and filtered water.

We make our bread using three ingredients. Flour. Water. Salt. The yeast is naturally cultivated in the sourdough starter which is made entirely using only flour and water.

And no additives in the flour or otherwise. No souring agents. No “instant yeast”. We use time and technique.

Check the labels of ‘normal’ store-bought bread and see how many chemicals, preservatives, and additives are in there! It’s a mouthful and not in a good way.

Sourdough bread is fermented! Fermented bread can be easier to digest. Some people who have difficulty eating ‘regular’ store-bought packaged bread can happily eat sourdough bread.

We keep a sourdough starter alive and happy to make our bread healthy and delicious. No added yeast or chemicals for rise. No added souring agents. Just the natural byproduct of combining water and flour in the right quantities when the starter is hungry.
