Absolutely delicious! It was so much fun to work with new people and recipes to discover a plant based take on Mediterranean food! Always love a good Medical medium friendly food class!

I learned some fun things in the class. I enjoyed learning some new things to put together and how to make gnocchi. The salad was also delicious!
