We had a great time learning about how to roll and make sushi. The meat alternatives and sauces were delicious and we enjoyed knowing how to cook even cleaner than we thought we were.

PRIVATE EVENT: WOMEN’S WELLNESS RETREAT JAN 2023

I enjoyed this class even more than I was expecting to! And I even had high expectations to begin with. I brought my partner along for a surprise date night and he thoroughly enjoyed it as well 🙂 We highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn more about healthy cooking, have a nice night out, socialize with new friends, and/or enjoy a super delicious and nutritious meal!

SO MUCH FUN! Kalyn has a very laid back informative approach to cooking. She is very knowledgeable in cooking techniques and what is in our food. Her class makes kitchen time enjoyable. Nice touch to prepare and eat great food.

CLASS: AN EVENING IN THAILAND on Wed 02/14

We had a family night 8 of us total and it was so much fun. Kalyn was a pleasure to have leading us on our culinary journey!! The food was fun to cook and delicious. Learned a few great cooking skills and ideas. We will do it again. Had a slight allergy issue other than that a great night!
