What an amazing night cooking with chef Kalyn. She involved herself every step of the way showing us how to use each ingredient to produce a delicious meal. I was personally impressed by the 'clean' ingredients used in each recipe. We ate family style as a group devouring the yummy Thai dishes we all created. It was a night to remember. Thank you! We will be back.

CLASS: AN EVENING IN MEXICO on 02/10/2023

Enjoyed the meal and tips for preparation. Did not get to see what the others were preparing as well for this class but did pick up various tips and procedures beyond the recipe notes. Liked the variety of dishes that were prepared and the different tastes and textures of the dishes.

I've never really cared for salmon, but now I'm guessing it just wasn't done right in my previous experiences! sometimes simple is better! making and eating the pumpkin gnocchi was a fun and tasteful experience. and the healthy stuffed pears with nice cream...mmm!

The preparation and organization it took for Kaylyn to put on this class was amazing. 10 people were coached and instructed very well, each of us knew what we had to accomplish. The joking and cajoling made the class a lot of fun...looking forward to the next adventure.
