It was a lot of fun! The food was tasty, and Kalyn clearly knows what she's talking about. The class we took was appropriate for all skill levels. We divided into groups of two, and Kalyn walked from group to group helping us follow the recipes, and giving us suggestions to make our dishes even better. She is a very astute presence and ideal for leading this type of class. I really had fun.

CLASS: VIVID ITALIAN: BRIGHT FLAVORS AND FRESH INGREDIENTS on Fri 01/12

Very good - highly recommend. Not only were various regional recipes provided, but extensive insights given on ingredient choices and their benefits. Also, helpful techniques on handling and usage of ingredients was offered. There is a vegetarian emphasis on all recipes, but they were so good meat was never missed nor necessary. Oh yes, the fresh baked bread and almond hummus that greeted us was outstanding.

- Very knowledgeable, energetic, and personable chef/instructor. - The Thai recipes were crafted to be delicious and nutritious. - We’ll definitely try these recipes again at home. - As students we started the evening as strangers; 2 hours later we enjoyed our labors as a team.
