How to Store

This bread is the best in the valley!! The sour dough taste is just perfect- not too tangy. Crust perfection!!! I'm super picky about bread quality since moving here as everything is pretty limp, doughy, and tasteless. As a sourdough loaf it checks every bread craving box!! It's such a treat toasted with butter. Super High quality and excellent Customer service. Can't wait for more.

I have now discovered a golden-crusted miracle that will haunt my dreams. The moment I broke the crust I knew I might have unleashed a new addiction. One loaf disappears in a day, maybe two if you’re pretending to have self-control. But let’s be real- I was already logging on to re-order while still licking crumbs off my fingers.

You’re not going to taste better bread than this in Grand Junction and realistically maybe not outside it. We ordered one loaf to try and now subscribe. They’re hot and crispy but also so soft inside. You’re going to try it and write the same review. Unless they somehow start changing how they make it which I doubt. Great job people and glad you’re so close.

This bread in Grand Junction, Colorado, is a real value. it's very fresh, dense, and chewy, with a crust that's not overdone. I appreciate that it can be ordered sliced and that they deliver it if I only buy two loaves, at no charge. This is much better than the supermarket sourdough bread from the Front Range.

I used to make my own sourdough bread, but it is an art to get your starter to rise and to make good bread, so I gave it up. But I missed the taste of homemade sourdough bread. I am SO grateful to have found Blooming Palate as their bread is incredibly delicious! They are huge loaves and Taylor and Kalyn are really nice folks. I highly recommend their bread. It’s the best when it’s toasted!!

This bread has super flavor, not too sourdough-y but definitely has all the traits of good sourdough; chewy crust, tender middle with the sourdough bubble holes. Toasted and buttered or just breaking off a chunk, it's out of this world. We had it first night with soup and got raves from everyone at the table. Try this bread, you'll be sold like I am!

My family loves sourdough bread and it was the consensus that this is the best we have had! I just found this online and decided to try it out, and we are all so glad that I did! We ran and got deli meat, cheese and a vinaigrette drizzle to make sandwiches when we got home. Then after toasting we added Blooming Palate's amazing microgreens and it was all delicious! I highly recommend this bread... I've already told friends about it!
