Refund, Returns, and Exchanges Policy

CLASSES

A refund may be issued for any class up to eleven (11) days prior to the class date.

If you need to cancel, a credit for a future class may be made for any class up to seven (7) days before the class date. Any date after that, the class amount will not be able to be a credit for another class, if you are unable to make it. Our classes are only 10 people and we book our classes full. Without time to fill it, we are left with a lower than ideal participant number for all the recipes we make. Thank you for your understanding. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In the event a class is cancelled, all students will be notified and full refunds given or applied to a future class.

Gift Certificates and Coupons are treated as cash and the same rules apply as stated above.

MICROGREENS/BREAD/OTHER FOOD

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next automatic payment is made.

Items ordered for delivery can be cancelled any time before the day of delivery.

If the items ordered are not satisfactory, requests for exchanges or returns are possible within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds are applied using the same method payment is made through whenever possible. If for some reason the original method is not available we will figure out a method that works for you.

We process credit cards through Stripe Payments. We will refund credit cards through their refund policies.

While we process refunds within 24 hours on our end, refunds may take up to 7 business days to fully process depending on the banks.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Refunds will be given based on the actual price paid for the order at the time of order.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to orders@bloomingpalate.com to begin the process. Please include your contact information, order number, and any relevant information about the exchange.
