Ready for Summer? Join us for a vibrant culinary adventure where you’ll learn to craft a variety of delightful dishes, perfect for summer hangouts and beyond.

Chef Kalyn will guide you through the process of making hand-pressed veggie burgers, each patty packed with flavorful, nutritious ingredients that even meat-lovers will enjoy. You’ll get hands-on experience selecting and blending the perfect mix of black beans, brown rice, vegetables, and spices to create burgers that are not only delicious but also visually stunning. Also making cashew aioli and homemade ketchup & BBQ sauce to top it off.

The class doesn’t stop at burgersβ€”we’ll also dive into creating an array of complementary dishes that will elevate any meal. Learn to make a delicious wedge salad with a cashew ranch, roasted chickpeas, and tomatoes and oven roasted french fries.

To top it all off, you’ll whip up a heavenly strawberry shortcake, layering ripe berries, and homemade biscuits with a light, creamy coconut whipped cream. This class is a perfect opportunity to expand your culinary skills and enjoy a feast of flavors that will impress family and friends alike.

What to Expect: Cooking is an art that transcends recipes – it’s about mastering techniques. In our classes, you’ll be cooking alongside other locals. Under Chef Kalyn’s guidance, we’ll create a fantastic family-style feast together. It’s a great mix of fun and learning.
