Classes are great for date nights, girls night out, family night, holiday party, team building, bachelorette or baby showers, etc.
The class included instruction on some basic cooking skills and a lot of knowledge about ingredients and health. The food was a great introduction on healthy substitutions and the class was full of people who were there to enjoy the experience.

My husband and I enjoyed this class immensely. We learned a lot, had fun, and enjoyed delicious food. We consider ourselves "foodies" and good cooks, but we got new info and healthy recipes. Ed and I highly recommend Kalyn and this class. Janet

what a fun way to spend an evening! Kalyn is as entertaining as she is a skilled chef, which makes it so much fun. The recipes were easy to follow and the food high quality and tasty. I highly recommend giving one of her classes a try!

The preparation and organization it took for Kaylyn to put on this class was amazing. 10 people were coached and instructed very well, each of us knew what we had to accomplish. The joking and cajoling made the class a lot of fun...looking forward to the next adventure.
