PRIVATE CLASS: MASALA MAGIC – EXPLORING INDIAN CUISINE on Mon 7/08

Great class, excellent instruction, recipes and culinary information. The group was great fun, interesting and the meal we ate together at the end, allowed each group to report on the details of preparation. A great experience. The bread and hummus were incredible, the gnocchi's delicious, the salad superb and all those superlatives were deserved. AND, who knew that our host's banana ice cream can be eaten any day, any time? But it was special with the poached stuffed pears and date sauce?

6 stars on all fronts!!!! Such useful information, helpful tips on how to eat healthier, and how to cook in general. The meals are unlike anything I have ever tasted and WONDERFUL. Will be definitely doing it again. Thank you thank you for making this a fun date night for us!

CLASS: FALL SALMON DINNER on 12/2/22

The Exploring Indian Cuisine class was so much fun. We had so many different dishes to make and then share and enjoy. Kalyn shared great education about the ingredients and tips for preparation and how to avoid cooking mistakes. You do not need to be an experienced cook to enjoy her class, we all came in at different levels! Bonus part of the class was meeting the other participants. Thank you!
