The time flew by! Kailyn was fun, a highly effective instructor and utilized the time well. I feel like I will be able to prepare the items we made in my own kitchen. I appreciated the menu and recipes she had for us to take home.

CLASS: FROM RICE TO ROLL: SUSHI MAKING CLASS on Fri 08/18

My grandson loved this class! He was excited every day and couldn’t wait to share all the things they made. He actually has done a lot of baking with his mom so this class was a great reinforcement. So glad we found it!!

We had a great time and the food was delicious. The sourdough bread was awesome!

CLASS: AN EVENING IN MEXICO on Fri 02/02

We had a great time at our cooking class and enjoyed the variety of the recipes we tasted that evening. The Cafe Sol dining room was set up nicely and we enjoyed the company of the people we met that night. The kitchen at Cafe Sol was a bit tight on space for 12 people and the kitchen knives and utensils were old and outdated. We would have enjoyed the class more with a smaller group and better cooking equipment. Our instructor was delightful and shared great tips with the group about nutrition, cooking techniques and recipes. Love the class concept and hope to connect with the instructor again in the future.
